The four-story limestone building was constructed in 1877. The interior has original stone construction that was remained untouched during our renovation and remained intact during the fire of 1975 destroying the upper floors of the building. The building was restored in 1979 to its original design and still stands today in the heart of downtown Guelph.

Working on this unit was nothing short of challenging but being apart of history and keeping its' authenticity and working with its base building character was a joy to be part of as we renovated and brought back life to the ground level.
